Catja Edens is an architectural historian. With her office Spatie she produces publications in the field of architecture and urban planning.
She writes, edits and translates, she teaches and organizes other projects in her field like symposia and workshops. Among her clients are the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure & Environment and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, Archiprix International, AIR and various architectural offices. Catja Edens regularly is a member of juries, boards and committees in her field. She has done many interviews with all kinds of people in the field of architecture, ranging from crane-drivers and builders to designers and writers. And she will continue to do so, written and from now on in sound.
